At Water Fixers of DFW, we prioritize Engineering over Marketing. A true water softener physically removes rock from water. This system (a TAC Descaler) does not.
Why do we sell them? Because for certain homeowners—specifically landlords or those with very mild water issues—they are the perfect low-maintenance tool to protect plumbing assets (like tankless heaters) from scale buildup.
