Our 2-Year "No-Excuses"
Installation Guarantee.
Most competitors give you 1 year. We give you 2. Because when you do the job right the first time, you aren't afraid to stand behind it.
Why We Offer Double the Industry Standard
In the home service industry, the "tail-light warranty" (guaranteed until you see their tail-lights fade away) is sadly common. Even reputable companies typically cap their labor warranty at 12 months.
We believe that if a pipe leaks or a fitting fails 18 months after we install it, that's on us, not you. That's why we include an Ironclad 2-Year Labor Guarantee on every complete system installation.
What This Covers
If any part of our installation work fails within 24 months — a leak, a loose connection, a routing issue — we come back and fix it. Zero cost for parts. Zero cost for labor. Zero service call fees.
The Equipment Coverage
Beyond our labor guarantee, we only install professional-grade equipment with robust manufacturer warranties. We don't use "white label" mystery tanks; we use industry-standard components that any pro can service.
- 10 YearsOn Resin & Brine Tanks
- 5 YearsOn Control Valves (Clack®)
- 1 — 3 YearsOn Reverse Osmosis Hardware
- 2 YearsLabor / Workmanship
Note: The warranties listed above apply exclusively to equipment purchased directly from Water Fixers of DFW. If we are hired to install or service equipment that you purchased separately, all warranty coverage is strictly between you and the manufacturer.
A Note on "Lifetime Warranties"
Be careful with companies promising a "Lifetime Warranty." Often, the fine print requires you to pay for an expensive annual service visit ($200+) to keep that warranty valid. If you miss one, your warranty is void. We don't play that game. Our warranty is yours, with no hidden maintenance hooks.
Our Commitment to Clarity: The Written Agreement is Final
This website provides a clear overview of our standard warranty to help you make an informed decision. However, details can vary based on the specific model you choose or the complexity of your installation.
The written agreement you receive (typically signed upon completion of work) is the single, binding document that governs your specific warranty.
This written document supersedes any general descriptions found on this website or discussed prior. It is our final, firm promise to you. Our warranty covers normal use and excludes consumables (like filters and salt) and damage from external events (like freezing or power surges).
